This year's Broad Humor Film Festival will open on Friday, September 30 with a screening Friday evening of Hilde Van Mieghem's marvelous romp, Madly in Love (Smoorverliefd). Saturday will feature 3 comic shorts programs as well as the Italian farce, South of New York (A sud di New York) by Elena Bonelli. Sunday will be devoted to the writers, with screening/readings, panels and workshops, not to mention parties and perks. More as plans finalize.
