2012 INVITATIONAL CHALLENGE
Every year, Broad Humor issues a challenge to all past participants to make a short film with the guarantee that if they stick to the rules, it will get screened. No fees. No other criteria. We want you to keep making movies that move us to laugh. In honor of this year's Academy Award winner, The Artist, this year's challenge asks that the film contain no dialogue:
1. DIALOGUE: There can be no dialog spoken by the characters
2. PROP: A toy that moves, be it windup, battery, string, etc.
3. COSTUME: Shoes that reveal character
